Hi, I’m KANDI BIH
I am a girl from Cameroon, West Africa, who moved to the United States at the young age of nineteen, with little idea of what the future would bring, thousands of miles away from my only home and family. Nearly ten years later, my life stands as a testament to God’s goodness, faithfulness, and presence.
My life transformed completely when I came to know God as my father, recognizing the Holy Spirit as my ever-present friend who is always ready to assist, and Jesus as my savior. While I was aware of God throughout my upbringing, it wasn't until I surrendered my life to Him in 2018 that I truly began to know Him personally.
As a psychiatric mental health practitioner, I am deeply passionate about the mental wellness of God’s people. As a believer, I am dedicated to helping God’s daughters break free from not only the mental oppressions they face but also the limiting beliefs and mindsets shaped by culture. My hope is to see every daughter of God, in all stages of life, living in wholeness and recognizing that they are completely loved by God.
My Approach
Understanding the underlying reasons behind your thoughts and actions is the starting point. Our experiences shape our behaviors and decisions in ways we often overlook. Much like the health of a tree's roots influences its growth and vitality, so too does understanding your roots affect your personal development. Through coaching, Disciple her and other resources provided, I seek to help women become and walk in their most authentic self.
